Guys, Why do men act aggressive towards women they find unattractive?

I totally get everyone has preferences, but I don’t get why you have to be so aggressive. I’ve noticed this and I lived it because I’ve been treated like I shouldn’t exist. It’s honestly scary to approach men because you don’t know if they’ll get angry or not.

The same reason women are. People are not logical when they're attracted to somebody. People tend to create meaning where there is none when they find someone attractive. So if you're nice to them much of the time they misconstrue it for mutual attraction. This is why women that try to let guys down easy almost always fail at it. I'll advise ANY woman, be VERY direct! Let the guy know there's no chance in HELL. Tell him it's not that he's not attractive, he just not attractive to you, if you feel compelled to lessen the blow. But ALWAYS err on the side of being mean rather than not. Because otherwise you're just going to prolong his pain.

As a woman you don't understand this but a guy that is "being aggressive" with your advances is actually trying to be merciful. Guys deal with a lot of rejection. We know all too well what is the least painful long term.

To be honest, I’ve never approached a guy before because I’m afraid of how he’ll react. And if a guy was interested in me, I do reject him kindly.

For the same reason women do it the other way around. Because people are self centered assholes and they find people they can't get something from annoying.

Doesn't matter if you are a male or female; both genders do it.
I don't do it but it's a conscious choice but an unconscious one.
It's why so many people feel excluded in the world.

I see more aggression the other way around. it's considered unmanly for a guy to have any hostility towards anyone/anything they subconsciously deem to be beneath them.
