he was helping me with squats and at first he was spotting me with his hands either side of me then he stopped and just supported me whilst standing behind me saying “come up, up up up”

he half way through had to turn away and walked away with an “I can’t do this expression” he taken a few steps and rubbed his face when he turned around he was with his eyes scrunched up and by this point I was stuck at the bottom moving my butt up and down trying to push myself up and he said “awwww whaaaaat” and looked flustered. he let me keep moving myself up and down till I panicked and grabbed the safety bars before taking the weight off of me.
