Should I contact him again or let it go?

I went on two dates with a guy I met off Tinder. We really connected and I ended up sleeping with him and then stayed the night at his house. The next morning he asked what I was doing the following weekend and then told me to let him know.

I let him know on Monday, and it took him all day to respond. He said he would update me on his schedule. It was complete silence until Thursday when I reached out to him asking what was up. It took him 7 hours to respond, even though he was active on his social media & dating profile. He said: “Sorry for the late reply. Long day. I’m actually hanging out with my guy friend on Saturday.” He didn’t mention any plans of seeing me again. I said, “Ok! Have a great weekend.” And he responded saying “I hope you have one too 🤗”.

We live about 2 hours away from one another, but I frequently am in his city to visit friends and I think he knows that. Should I reach out again next time I’m around or just let this one go?

You could either let this one go, or ask him straight what are his next plans with you.
If he is vague and doesn't give an answer that sounds defined enough for you (as I believe), then it's time to let it go.
Most likely, he got more interested in another woman in the meantime. You met on Tinder so that means he was actively talking with other girls too (probably like you, with multiple guys) and is actively looking for a partner.
Mind to not become a second choice, though. If he is going on a date with another girl on Saturday (I think, you don't refuse sex because a guy friend calls you, you know...), and that goes wrong and he comes back to you as a backup plan, well you shouldn't allow that.

You can reach out if you want to but I think you may already know where this is going and he is ghosting now that you’ve had sex. I don't know how much you care about that but if you do care and started gaining feelings then I’m sorry, men who do this are just the worst.
