Why does he want hurt My feelings?

I am moving on from him, I half online dated him my old friend for a bit, we use be friends for 3 years, he turned negative towards me he tried making me out to be the issue to mutual friends. He was playing jealousy card game, I cyber dumped him because he told me he hopes his mum never find out about us online dating than he keeps lying about being taken by me online on his Instagram bios, I asked him to stop lying about being taken by me he said he stop doing it which was a lie, he won’t stop I said it’s over and done with so he said give me space so I said I’ll leave him alone than we both blocked me each other on social media he didn’t block my number. Mutual friend told me he isn’t happy with me because I say his dishonest and jealous. He got jealous over me making plans to see another guy friend and Sexting somebody else.
