This guy I've known since about 2017 asked me out in 2019... but then he started seeing this other girl and blocked me... then a few years later he came back and apologized and promised to never hurt me again. well on Friday he send me a video of him making out and touching another girl and I got so hurt and jealous. Then My friend talks to him saying he hurt me and stuff and he tells her "have you seen me... and have you seen her? do u actually think someone as hot as me would wanna be with someone as ugly as her? that's so funny" this is after 2 days before he wanted me to fly out and see him...

Then after this he sends me another picture of them in bed together and said "you'll never compare"

I'm so hurt... why would he do this to me :( Why can't I ever be enough?

I'm really sorry you're going through this. This is terrible. I am going to ask you a question that I think is critical for you to answer on your own so that you can figure out how to get into a better place..

Why do you think he did this? Think to yourself what kind of person does this to someone else and then answer that question out loud.

Then think about what advice you would give someone else in your shoes like if it was a close friend of yours.. You'll have your answers. I'm sorry this happened to you. Have a good day.

He's trying to manipulate you, make you feel less than deserving. Then, when he's chased off the one his with, he can come back to use you as he pleases until he finds someone else. BLOCK HIM. I don't know why you haven't already
