Lifting up shirt while on facetime? what does it mean? does he like me in some way?

So the other day I face timed this guy who I've been in the talking stage with for about almost a month. The whole time we talked about our school assignments and stop to joke around. It was when we were messing around that he lifted up his shirt and the sliest smile ever while looking straight at the camera. The second time he did it really had an effect on me more than the first so I dismissed everything and we continued to work

Now I'm curious as to what he was implying by these actions. Can anyone answer my questions above?

He was definitely trying to show off and get your attention or compliments. I am not sure if he likes you. Only he knows that... Maybe you will know more as you two interface.
