Guy's Behavior

He admitted to punishing me with silent treatment over something I said. Does this mean he likes me?

We haven't really made it clear what we are. We have sex and chat mostly about drama within our big friend group.

He teasing asked me why I'm willing to drive 15 minutes to hang out with him, and I teasingly said that it's because he's always leaving cliff hangers for the latest drama news over the phone, so of course I have to come over to get the whole situation. I think either he hoped I would say I care about him OR he's so good in bed.

Then he's like "oooh that why, huh? ;)". then he said "I'll call you Thursday" but he didn't call for 2 weeks!

Then when he called we chatted, and he was like, "well I do have news, so I guess since thats the reason you talk to me, I guess I would call ;)" and then I was like "omg you've been butthurt by that" and he laughed and said "Yeah I had to give you some time to miss me and think 'oh why doesn't he call' haha".

The fact that he felt hurt enough to punish me, does that mean he likes me? I guess its an emotional response? Or did he just want me to say he's good in bed?
