I was at party with a guy from my class that I'd known for 2 weeks. The guy lightly touched and slightly squeezed my lower thigh at least five times that evening as we were playing a drinking game and making jokes. Can I assume his intentions were romantic? He comes from Latin America, so I was wondering if it's the culture there.
Well let's put it this way, I wouldn't be touching a girls thigh unless I thought we both liked each other and I was making a move, even then I don't think I'd have the nerve to do that.
