he kind of insulted my dead grandfather by saying he “didn’t need to know that he was dying”.

this is wild, cause i was in a similar situation just a few days ago. and my advice for the entire situation is that you, for the love of god do NOT give this guy another chance. dont even talk to him again. its not worth it. you guys aren't even dating, and look at the amount of disrespect he's giving you, look at how he treated someone close to you. the absolut lack of respect of this man is wild. Dont put yourself through some shit like this.

No, he said what he said. There’s no air to clear, he’s toxic and should be avoided. He’s just going to make it about him and try to justify himself. So unless you want your time wasted, again avoid him.
