It depends on a number of factors such as whether there is physical attraction there already, as guys tend to notice this first and then develop feelings or attachment as things evolve.

But there are certain personality traits that can enhance a girls attractiveness, such as being kind to others, particularly old people. Girls may often prefer bad boy types, but deep down most guys prefer good girl types.
