How to get this guy to like me?

I'm obsessing over this guy who I've been friendly with for awhile. We are both seniors and have a lot of the same social schedules. He told his friend he thought I was hot, so then I decided to ask him to hangout. I've asked him to hangout twice, the first time he said sure, then didn't end up responding the rest of the night. Then the second time he was busy doing frat stuff. How do I get this guy to want to hangout with me? I feel like I shouldn't ask him to hangout again because he's rejected me twice already. What should I do? I really want him but I need to stop acting so desperate. What should I do to make him want me?

I hate when this kind of thing happens as we also go through this. The best thing you can do to get his attention is not to need his attention. If someone else finds you desirable then he will as well. "What did I miss" comes into play and he will likely start engaging you. There's so much games... Right now though, he is not interested..

There's probably nothing you can do. He's not interested enough to make you a priority. Sorry.
