How do I make this guy like me?

So I know it is never good to have sex with a guy the first time you really meet him. BUT ever since last year I told myself if I had would ever have a one night stand it would be with this one guy I saw around campus. All my friends made a nickname up for him. We friended him on Facebook. He is a perfect 10! So a year later...he has a girlfriend oh crap but apparently he has made out a few other girls already while he's in this relationship. One night me and my friends went back to his frat, got drunk, and we talked and ended up having sex. I was like oh my god I feel like the biggest whore I have NEVER done that! he's like yeah I've only had sex with 2 girls other than you in the past year. (and yes it is the truth his friends told me). so he walked me all the way home..stayed awhile and we talked. the next two days and nights he texts me to hangout and we do...one night we had sex again and the next night we don't. He tells me "you should text me you never do" but I NEVER text first. So last weekend I saw him out, he said hey and walked away! So I left his frat Because he practically ignored me! He texted me and said why'd you leave and I said because you ignored me and whatever. Few days later it is 2:30 on a Saturday night and I text him what's up he says hanging at his crib I said at my apartment I'm bored..and I get NO RESPONSE. he told me he liked me and even his friends were like wow Sarah he would never walk a girl home and tell her he likes her because he is kind of a player. But I usually know when guys are just telling me what I want to hear. But I believe him. However he didn't respond to that text. maybe he fell asleep? Well we haven't talked since then and it has been about over a week...I want him to like me. I know I reduced my chances with sleeping with him. But we got along great and he said he liked me. What can I do to help my chances? is it bad to text him again first? He did tell me "thanks for texting me all week..not" which makes me think oh wait he wants me to text first? I'm confused! guys help! is it wrong that my birthday is Saturday and I want to text him when I'm out and say heyyy your place later? my friend told me to just use him for sex and once he sees I am only using him for sex he will want to maybe be with me? sounds weird but I wanna act like I only want friends with benefits but still have him think wait I don't have her and if he likes me that could get to him right? okay someone just help AND DON'T MAKE FUN OF ME AND BE MEAN. I know maybe he is using me okay BUT someone try and help me think of ways to text him and act in order for him to like me! Oh and about his "girlfriend" he said he just hasn't the balls to break up with her. whatever obviously he doesn't love her how rude of him. I just want him to like meee..hes a fun hookup...so texting him all the time first a bad idea? help!
