I don't believe it's sexual until a couple makes it sexual. I have eye contact with my wife that across a room says "I love you" and other eye contact that tells her "let's go have sex now".
Eye contact is attractive and people like it because it is very intimate. It's a direct and undeniable connection.
Even in people who aren't a crush, like if you make eye contact with someone in a coffee shop as an example, it's special because you're making time to connect with that person.
You know a person's soul can be seen in there eyes.
It's called mild fornication for a reason. When you get caught up in a girl's eyes then you are damn sure it will go somewhere from there.
