I matched with a guy on a dating app yesterday. He’s quite cute, has a full time job and is 30 years old. He lives in another country but it’s close by.

We started texting yesterday and he doesn’t text me back straight away! Like it’s every 2 hours or something.

You cannot gauge his level of interest based on the number of hours elapsed between texts, especially this early. He could genuinely be interested but have to focus on work, family, etc. too. The two of you haven’t even met in person, so it’s really impossible to tell if he’s truly interested.
