I met my first crush ( teenage time) after 12yrs for a work reason, he is older than me & my senior. In our 1st meeting he was very nice to me, he was surprised to see me & i was shocked that he recognised me, after such a long time. As it's all about work we don't chat or call eachother at all. But with our every single meeting his behaviour changed with me. He started being little rude to me & showing me no emotions on his face whenever we met, all work meetings was last for only 10-15mins so we never had a chance to talk longer. 1st day the guy i met & now the guy i see is very different, like he just want to ignore me as harsh he can. He is HOT & COLD with me now. WHY? His words are getting emotional less every single day & somewhere that's hurting me. & When i avoided him purposefully, OMG.. He was MAD at me, didn't said anything but kept me waiting for 1hrs for our official work Meeting in his office Lobby. Is He in LOVE with me? Or this is something else.

I don't think that he is in love with you. That is certainly not the kind of behavior one would expect from someone that cares. If it is his way of showing you love, then he really needs to take a crash course on how to show love to others. His behavior is rather the one of a person that wants to put as much distance between himself and the other person.

He was your crush and thus, the crushing was most likely not reciprocated. Crushes are usually a one-way street.

No, my opinion is rather that he disliked you in your school days and now that he met you again, all those emotions he once had have resurfaced and he lets you know.

If you want him to love you, you have a lot of work ahead of yourself to try to change his mind. Good luck.
