Why did he stop looking at me?

I noticed this guy in college glancing at me several times during lectures. However, the last time I saw him, he completely ignored me. Is it too late for me to approach him? I'm afraid he lost interest or never had much to begin with.

Or he might think that he wouldn't want to always gives u a signs coz you aren't showing any interest so best Is to moove on.
