Why did he stop staring at me? Why is he back again?

I used to like this guy. We used to stare at each other all time. We used to play this staring game a lot where we will catch each other staring and smile. He stopped staring at me for like a while. Maybe a week or two. He ignored me and didn't look my way anymore. I tried to talk to him but he he didn't want to talk. I didn't show signs that I'm not interested, nor did he ever approach or ask me out. He just started avoiding me. Now he's started this back to the staring at me thing again but I'm over him. He stares at me cause he wants me to catch him but I just ignore him. I'm not into him anymore.

Now he is back because the other girl didn't work out. Thats my bet.
