Am I talking to a narcissist?

This guy i have been talking to gets mad at me for having any contact with guys. It can be as simple as an uber guy greeting me and if I respond he’s upset. He doesn’t want me to have any guy friends too and wants me to block two guys who I have been very close to since 5 years ago. I don’t know what to do at this point. He tells me I just have a friendly personality but i never let any guy flirt with me but if my co worker wants to have a casual conversation with me i don’t understand why he is so upset.

That is insane that you cannot even talk to a male that is providing you with a service like Uber. Does this mean you cannot even say thank you for the ride? This is a massive red flag. Why are you still talking to this guy? I would have kicked him to the curb the very first time this happened.

He has some massive insecurities if he cannot trust you to communicate with a guy. I suppose that also means you are not allowed male friends? That is just wrong.

I have some very close guy friends that I talk to weekly, be it on the phone or in person. My husband doesn’t give it a second thought. That is because we trust each other and respect the right to have friends of the opposite gender.

His best friend in the world from back home is a girl. Until my first visit to his home country, I had never met her yet he texted and emailed her all the time. Didn’t matter. That is his friend and who am I or anyone else to tell him that’s not okay because she is a girl?

He is not a narcissist, but he is definitely a controlling and possessive person. 🚩
