I just found out not long ago my partner has a thing for younger girls even tho he still has his other interest!! Can he stop him self from being sexually attracted to these younger girls he says he can't help what he likes... it has me worried he said he will stop than days later he cryed saying he didn't want to stop days later after telling me he would stop i have this feeling he won't be able to stop at all.. he can watch what ever he wants but not that shit!! also his additude has changed he sexualizes everything even though I've told him how It make me uncomfortable he still continues to say things he shouldn't I'm so confused 😕 what to do!!

You can't "stop" him, he is right in saying he can't help what he likes and actually there would be nothing wrong in being just attracted to people we are exposed to.
The problem starts when he decides what to do with that attraction: for example to indulge in flirting with them and trying to get personal/romantic with them, rather than just let the attraction go away and get forgotten, like most of all of us regularly do.
Other than that, watching porn sometimes is generally harmless, but if he developed an obsession then he might want to seek help because an obsession is not a part of his personality but a dysfunction.
Lastly, you might have some issues in your relationship and he is seeking distraction from other sources, not meaning he would actually cheat, but needs to keep his head elsewhere probably. If that is the case then the solution lies in fixing your relationship, especially if he wasn't like that at the beginning. You would have to start untangling together anything that over time accumulated on a pile of eggshells, tensions and unresolved conflits that didn't end in a plan and a negotiation but put under the carpet over "forgiving" each other.
If you have kids you might consider couple therapy, for the sake of the stability at home.

He can change if he wants to. Apparently he is really weak. He has to be determined to want to change. It won't happen overnight but he can stop if he loves and respects you enough
