How come when I visit a friend in prison, a lot of the male prisoners (with attractive gf’s there) stare at me?

I was wearing gym clothes a hoodie and short tight shorts but I had makeup on and my hair done. I guess men in there don’t see woman much so they gonna look

But one of them was literally staring at me as he walked out as if he was trying to make a mental image he looked worried when I noticed. I don’t care I just didn’t expect it
