Guy's Behavior

Guy is confusing me. He became more formal?

Things are a bit weird or unusual between us. We have something special as we can talk for many hours almost everyday and are highly bonded and are more or less not filtering what we say. We can even predict what the other one will say next. The thing is lately he became a bit formal lately in his delivery. I was used to him telling everything on his mind. He is very descriptive and can tell me everything. Now, it seems he chooses words, says fewer and has a suppressed energy.

He's not mad or anything. I still joke around and He laughs, he still has emojis, talks about his family now and then but i sense he is now not as carefree and is also highly conscious of how he's perceived. He is also very conscious telling me when he will be available or explaining himself when sometimes he is late in his response.

But when i have difficulties, he is very helpful towards me, finds a solution right away and expressed if i had any issues, to go to him for a specific issue cause he knows it. He is even thankful that he learned it from his job because he said it is useful in teaching me.

Sometimes having these issues is what breaks his formality lol. Do you have any ideas if something is up or why he is like this now? Lol
