I had been exchanging glances with this guy all semester. While he was talking in class ( which is a lot ) he would always glance at me while he was talking. Him and I have spoken out in class a lot and some of our discussions in class were just us two talking to each other lol or him explaining to me. He sat across from me in our class circle so it was easy to make eye contact. About a month into the semester I got to class early and so did he and this one other girl. They were sitting outside and weren’t talking and when I went in, they came in after me.
When I came in he chose the seat right near me out of all the seats. The seats were arranged in a normal classroom format that day with rows.
After a little bit of awkward silence he looks at me and was like “it’s gonna be nice to be watching a movie in class today”. He looked awkward when he said it and I was like “wait we’re watching a movie right?” And him and the other girl said yeah and I told him I had to go call my boyfriend.
After I came back, class started like 20 minutes after and when class starts the professor asked how we were doing.
The guy says not good because his girlfriend is at usc ( 3 hours away ) and long distance was hard. He glanced at me when he mentioned her.
I was shocked because he never mentioned a girlfriend before and he speaks out in class all the time and why would he do it right after I mentioned my boyfriend?
That Thursday was my bday so I missed class and he missed class that next Tuesday ( we had class tuesdays and Thursdays ) so we both saw each other again that following Thursday. That day he came back he had a sweatshirt on with pics of him and his girlfriend. He kept making eye contact with me while talking during class and I noticeably made faces at the sweatshirt because I thought it was weird lol and he kept looking at me and he never wore it again after that lol. I can’t make this up.
Everyone I asked said it was weird or he was trying to make me jealous lol.
