After we had sex again, while we were cuddling, I was naked his bed, he said there is nurse at hospital very hardworking etc but he was devil-ishly smiling. He must have something with her. I couldn't say anything since we are not exclusive but I got upset and felt really bad

Why did he say this to me when I was naked in his bed and make me upset?

If your not exclusive then he shouldn't be able to make you jealous, although if he knows your possessive then that opens a couple questions
Was he being honest so you had full knowledge of his romantic/prurient interests. Or was he intentionally trying to hurt your feelings
