I've had my fair share of times like these, and here's what happened:
Either I or he was in a relationship
Might be afraid of getting hurt again/is dealing with his last relationship and it's hard on him
He might be afraid of developing feelings if he spends enough time with her
We work together

This is just what happened with me. It does suck because you think that he is just avoiding you, but there are reasons behind it.

As for me I always say if you like someone you shouldn’t be afraid to let them know & in life if you never try you will never know. In life the unknown is all around us & in life some people fear the unknown. In life some people like to chase & in life some people like to be chased. As for avoiding sometimes we avoid to avoid having our hearts broken or perhaps our hearts have been broken before.

Yes. I had a big crush on a girl i saw whenever I ate at the dining hall at my school. My crush got so bad I started getting extremely anxious around her. It was so bad I started throwing up whatever I ate if she was too close to me.
