So basically he finally flirted with me after months of signs that he likes me. But the very next day.. he had me written-up for being late the day prior. WTF 🤬.

He literally asked the BOSS permission to get me written-up.

By the way I did in fact sign it. I didn’t want throw a fit since I like him.

Does anyone understand this logic, of flirting and then punishing? I’m so confused.

His last movement surely wasn't flirting. It's either two things:

1. He got frustrated and angry at you because you didn't respond in "his times" that, according to the manner of how you descibe it, he may seem too fast. And probably be a moron. -Not a healthy relationship there-

2. He stil likes you, but can't forgive you for getting late, as he doesn't want to lose his job.

As long as he doesn't behave like a creep, I would recommend doing a last attempt. Try to give him a last oportunity for him to show attention (for example, "hey could you help me with this").


(1) If he notices it but refuses to do anything, then he isn't interest anymore.

(2) If (1) happens, but then sometime later he pays attention to you, then he's just a guy with decision-making problems

(3) If he pays attention then it could either be he's interested in you or it could also be (2) -indecise person-.

I think it might be the very first thing you said. Because every time I didn’t flirt back or give him signs back.. he’d then act pissed all day. Like if someone sh-T on his food

@EmyyWolf also he acts with mixed colors so that you may not get used to him so easily, but he might deeply like you. I watched an Indian series called "Geet Hui Sabse Parayi" 2010 drama, and the boss always acted cool and never cares about the girl, while he deeply loved her. So I think many bosses usually act like this also to protect himself, his feelings and his job, what if you don't feel the same?

@EmyyWolf nop. go for it girl. Follow your heart and see where things goes. Many girls get ❤️ broken because they don't show they're interested at first. Even by just show body languages. On Friday at work, try asking him if he will be available on weekend for drinks. You will know if he does or doesn't when you try to get up first. Not directly you can start by completing him then see his reactions. If he will be excited about the hangout on weekend, then he might kinda like you too. Who knows maybe he is shy 😆
