Why when I ignore this guy at work he still tries to find a way to talk to me?

He can clearly see I'm not talking to him. When I get on the elevator he hops right on with me so I'm kinda trapped. I couldn't push that damn elevator button to shut the doors fast enough.

Girl who knows, I know he was gazing at me I looked up as he was walking towards me and he had his eyes locked on me. I had too break eye contact with him. At the time when I was talking with him not at the beginning of the conversation, but I would notice his voice would be so shaky even if he wasn't talking to me if I enter the room he sound normal until he notice I was in the room his voice would suddenly sound shaky.
