Guy at work Intentionally ignores me and avoid eye contact?

Its a new company so all of us the employees are new to each other, anyway there is this guy who talk to ALL the girls and boys and even if they are unattractive, married... in short (all types of people and personalities).

But when it comes to me he avoids me and never look at me in the eye, if he is talking to a group of girls and then I joined to listen (topics mostly related to our new job) he will immediately go away and leave. I'm not ugly, in fact attractive and smile a lot, and this guy acts so stupid and made me feel very bad and unwelcomed.

My friend also noticed how strange he acts, when I go ask him a question he will answer while looking at another girl. If he saw me walking to the same direction he will change his direction!
If he was walking to talk to someone and saw me talking to them he will go away, and when I leave he will then go and talk to them...

I have a strong intuition but with him I have no idea why he is doing this to me when he doesn't know me and its just been 2 weeks since we started working. its like he hates me so much. Also he is a Capricorn.

I notice 2 more guys avoid eye contact with me too but no as much as this guy. The guys there are very young (20s) and maybe less. and I'm 23. and i feel like this guy is younger than me, i'm not sure.

Anyway, why he's doing this to me?
