This guy at work gets upset and frustrated if I don’t talk to him why is that like as if I am obligated to talk to him?

I kinda was ignoring him today bc people start saying stuff about us and what not he ignored that, and I made it cleared that im not interested in him but he keeps showing me attention unlike to any other females as far as I know. And I don't know why he won’t leave me alone he will keep stopping by just to say something or try to have conversation like there are other females who he can talk to

No i have told him I like him as a friend or coworker but he just seem like he don’t want to understand
