Is it weird that he all of sudden wants to cook and make things?

boyfriend if three years, loyal from what I’ve know has started to cook and want to make things. I have always been the cook and made things and recently he wanted to make sushi (he loves that) so we cooked a big meal together and he was so happy about it and wants to cook again together and make a big meal. This week he’s been a busy guy making drinks and more sushi and said he can keep going now. He got a haircut but that’s irrelevant, is it odd his behavior?

Not necessarily. I know I’ve done that myself but that was cause I was excited about trying something new that I made myself. Also to see the look on people’s faces when they eat your food. Maybe it’s a form of stress relief for him. Plus the two of you get to spend more time together, maybe save a few bucks, eat healthier. I wouldn’t think much of it. Some people try something new only to realize they enjoy it.

No. He's just helping out with the cooking. I did prep-cook last night for my mom since she was napping, and we were going to have chicken fajitas. So, all she'd have to do is cook up the chicken, onions, and bell peppers. I had the rest of it.
