Why did my ex randomly add me?

My ex of 3 years, has a new girlfriend that he has been with since August. This is his 7th girlfriend since he got out of prison June 2021. I have not spoken to him since he decided to cut me off for good back in April 2022. He randomly added me on Snapchat yesterday and I clicked IGNORE. He is also still dating his girlfriend so im confused on why he is trying to add me.

Why you dating felons? They can't do nothing for you besides ruin your record and block you from future jobs if you ever wanted to work in Federal LE or LE or just gov jobs. Screw that stay away from the felonious crooks.
