Why did he exclude me from a WhatsApp group when he stares at me all the time even in front of his girlfriend?

We are in the same friendship circle and he invited everyone except me to his house for a drinks evening. He used to tease me a lot, flirt with me, say suggestive things, at one point he even took my hand and started stroking it in front of his girlfriend and looking in my eyes at a mutual friends apartment but ultimately he pursued another girl in the group and they’ve been going out for 3/4 months now. Anyway in spite of having a girlfriend he always stares at me (even my friends have noticed), he looks at my breasts, and the last time I saw him, he said in front of her “My relationship with Helen is a white lie 😉’’ and he winked basically. Afterwards I told him it was unkind to do that and that he seems to have no problem playing with peoples head and heart and emotions. Apparently they always joke about cheating or something which is fine but it still wasn’t very nice to do that to me. But subsequently I found out that mostly everyone in our immediate friendship circle is in a WhatsApp group he started inviting them all for drinks and even though I am also a friend of his, he excluded me from the group. Apparently it’s pretty much a dead chat. And has only been used for two events since January but even so it did hurt when I realised they excluded me. Why did he do this? He was one of the people I was closest to.
