As an attractive woman in the workplace, does it get old or uncomfortable getting a lot of second and third looks (and probably more) from men?

No, as admiring glances are okay as long as they are respectful. I have seen men look open-mouthed or looking for excuses to look in my direction. Some hide their look under their hand. Others stare from far away, get visibly nervous in close, or stared right at my mouth in a surprised way. I am human and I find it flattering but I have never used my looks to get ahead. It's quite endearing how boyish even older men get. One thing I don't like though it how some thing I am less intelligent if I well-dressed or appear to be put together.
