Advice on talking to uni crush?

So my crush is in senior year, he goes to my church and I think he is cute. He has stared at me so many times. Stare, look away and smile what he does?

Just go say hi or something, guys like it when girls will approach them sometimes, especially if it's a girl they find attractive. And if he doesn't end up liking you, well then all you said was hi anyway.

Start by giving him green signals without talking to him, walk past him more often, stand or sit in a spot where you'd be in his field of vision. Make him see you a lot to the point you'd become familiar to him.
If he has not make a move yet, talk to him first and ask him about something you know he knows or has, such as "do you have a pen?" Or "do you happen to have an iphone charger?"
And little by little he would talk to you if he's interested.
