As a restaurant or other manager ever hire a girl based on her looks?

I recently opened up two fast food restaurants, we pay well over the minimum wage. It seems like I didn't care what experience etc they had, if they were busty, or super pretty I offered them a job at a higher rate of pay, then just a normal person we hire. The uniform is a light color tank top.

In my restaurant days, attractive people got the front of house jobs, if I hadn't asked for a kitchen job I suspect I wouldn't have been hired at all

A lot of restaurants hire good looking waitresses. But they do need to be good waitresses or it will reflect VERY badly for the restaurant. Hiring waitresses who suck at serving will destroy a restaurant.

Receptionist- Yeah it would be one of the criteria, not the most important ones.
