I and a guy used to talk online for like 3 months and suddenly one day he asked to me comment on his picture an I did. But after few days a girl sent me a follow request, he was a mutual and before accepting/ rejecting her request he jumped over my inbox and said not to accept she is his classmate a best friend but then after that we had a normal discussion but he started to talk lesser with me after that day and one day i asked him why he suddenly choose a distance he asked me that why I am obsessed and I was shocked coz it was a mutual conversation I felt like he asked me to comment on his pic to get her attention. But I wouldn't mind if he had kept me in friend zone but he didn't he then doesn't talk to me at all how to cope up with such situation. I am so hurt. sorry for my grammatical errors 😪

Like with any breakup or ending of friendship, it is all about time. That is the only thing that is going to heal this. Just give yourself time to get over him. There are some things that you can do though to help with that.

You can keep yourself busy doing other things. Avoid whatever social media or site you communicated with him on. Stay busy offline by doing things you enjoy, whether it be spending time with friends, shopping or hobbies. It is all about keeping your mind occupied and not thinking about the situation.

Reading, exercising and other things that keep you busy are great ways to avoid thinking about your crush. Ultimately though, it will just be time that is what heals this. Everyone gets over people at different paces and it really depends on the deepness of the relationship and how invested you were.
