I have a crush on my co-worker. Does he like me back or not?

He always talks to me in a sweet soft voice and he's really helpful. Whenever I ask something he helps me instantly but I don't know how he acts with others. Probably he's a genuine nice guy.

In the morning when everybody's in the kitchen he steals glances at me but when we are alone he always looks into my eyes and keeps the eye contact longer. Every time I pass him something he touches my hand or my fingers. When he talks to me he's fixing his hair and his whole body looks towards me.

The confusing part is that we don't even have a friendly conversation, when he's around my brain doesn't work and I don't know what to ask about him and he doesn't ask questions either. Today he came in to my room and we were alone. I said sorry, a moment I almost done with this. He said okay and just looked around, looked out the window and didn't try to talk to me. So I don't know if he's just nice and doesn't interested in me or he's just shy.

I think he likes you , but as you are super confused he might be also. And you both are co workers so there's kinda awkwardness between you both. I can understand that

Yeah sure. I mean he's the first guy I actually like and can imagine a future with, you know. And it's terrifying because he's my co-worker and I don't know if he likes me back or not. What's your advice, how should I start a conversation with him that is not boring?

Ask him about his interests outside of work.
