why a guy stare at a girl he doesn't like. but he stares even if she doesn't , when he and she stare he doesn't turn his head. Sometimes he stare at her in a way she must stare back at him whatever happens. but when she stares at him he tells to his friend to ask her why she stare at him? why he does this and what he really wants? If he doesn't like her why he should consider her stare, or checking her stare.

i know he doesn't like because he is shy to girls he stopped texting when we were just friends. But i have doubt why he tell his friend that why i stare at him? as if he doesn't as if i was falling in love. what he is trying to say
