It probably means you're being disrespectful or inconsiderate. Could mean you're not communicating boundaries enough/properly on your end or their end.
Being unable to get along with people has nothing to do with level of attraction. It has everything to do with how you're treating people.

a lot of these woman/girls from the get go have either frowned/smirked/LOLD directly at me & a lot of times persistently too (daily sometimes)

I don't chit chat not flirt nor smile either but many of these females have assumed that I wanted to flirt or talk to them just from an interaction
