That means he is interested in a serious relationship with you now.
You can decide if you want to take it up to the next level with him by telling him first, or wait till he breaks the news to you and you tell him that you don't want anything serious.
But he told me he does not want relationship
It's highly unlikely that he does not want a relationship. Every guy friend I know who takes this route (me included) hopes that the girl would fall in love with them eventually, waiting for the girl to say "I have feelings for you".
As we speak, another guy friend of mine is going through this right now. They are not officially a couple, but he is currently waiting for the girl to go official with him, while willing to do anything for her.
But let's say he really doesn't want a relationship (and you don't want it as well), then there isn't any harm in letting it continue.
