an honest answer is only 1 possible factor, your age. more and more men want a w9man who is under 30 for a wife and around 30 is alsonwhen looks start to fade so less men will desire sex with you as well. the fading looks and still getting frequent sex often involves him getting to grow with you into the looks fading by letting your inner beauty shine through which takes time always (for that level of it shining through) wgich in turn is way more likely to make you beautiful in his eyes forever no matter what your physical looks are.
