I confessed to a guy that I had crush on him once and moved on via chat and all he said is hahaha thankyou laughing, does that mean he likes me or not?

we are friends and i liked him so I told him i have a crush on him, but to be on safer side, i said him i moved on, and he replied saying hahaha thankyou, is that guy not into me cuz i still like him
