What do I do to get my work friend to take an interest in me?

I have a work crush and we can be considered friends, he is cute and funny as well and very friendly which makes the problem its hard to read him. We banter a lot friendly shots and teasing a lot i wouldn’t call it flirting at least i don’t think since he is a class clown type of dude and he is like this with everyone at least no friendly fire when it comes to the older people at our work. So I don’t know what i can do to get him to have an interest or at least read him if he has an interest in me. What do i do?

Start less subtle flirting and then see if he reciprocated. Try isolating him from the work group, like meeting outside of work for some projects or maybe a coffee.
