How do I show my coworker I'm interested in her?

I have a coworker that I'm very interested in and I think she's interested in me, too. I want to show her I'm attracted to her without actually saying so.

I try to talk to her at least once a day and when we do talk, I tease and joke with her quite a bit. We maintain a lot of direct eye contact when we talk and when we're around other people. I also make it a point to touch her frequently (mainly her shoulders and back but sometimes other places), in a caressing kind of way. Also, I've invited her to lunch/drinks together several times.

Girls: if a man interacted with you in this way, would you assume he's interested in you?

Yeah, if the guy asked me out/invited me to lunch, that would be the biggest sign that I know he's interested. Unfortunately, you can keep showing signs and such, but you'll never really know how the girl truly feels until you ask her or tell her your feelings.

I can say that if she responds well to your advances (accepts your invitations to hangout, doesn't move away when you touch her, laughs at your jokes), then there's a GOOD chance that she likes you back. Us girls, if we don't like you, we'd avoid you. Make your move before she friendzones you!

i would see it as he's interested and yea as long as u dont work from desk to desk under each others nose at work, its fine to date coworkers. its the best way to see how a potential life partner is on a daily basis without living with them...u should just cut to the chase be assertive and pick a good time, be like this restaurant opened up down the street i heard its really good, u wanna check it out tonight after work? sounds more confident, then the traditional...hey u wanna go out with me?this way itll seem relaxed and shell say yes.

Thanks for the advice, but I think I should be more clear. We've gone out several times, but it's been as coworkers/friends (even though it's always 1:1 and at upscale places). I just don't want to be friend zoned. I think maybe I need to just kiss her and let the chips fall where they may.

I would assume it but you need to tell you. What are you reservations about not telling her? Are you waiting for her to make the first move? Cause you'll be waiting a very long time

I guess I don't really have any real reservations about telling her. Aside from the fact that we work together, I guess.

my last two girlfriends i met at work. if everything goes well then life is great. you guys will be able to see each other all the time. but if it goes wrong, then life is horrible. i'm batting.500 in that department lol. just be aware of consequences dude. if its a really great job and pays good money, i would strongly consider if having shit hit the fan and working there still could be tolerable. i'm sure you realize girls come and go but good jobs don't.

Its ok to show interest but I personally wouldn't date someone I worked with unless they worked in a completely different department from me.

She does work in a different department, but we're both run our respective departments so we end up working together anyway. It's a concern.

Wonder if you end up falling in love with her? Then she could become a distraction. And you, need, to make money. I would, attempt to date, a coworker i directly work with if i gave, a 2 weeks notice
