Is it worth shooting my shot?

So I have a thing for this guy who is 11 or so years older then I am I’m 24 he’s 35 I think. He is my brothers boss and I have talked to him a couple times and I do have his number from when I had a question about something awhile back. He has absolutely no social media and I have no clue if he is in a relationship or not. When I have spoke to him in person he’s very flirty and talks a lot but I don't know if it’s his personality or not. He has reached out to me twice in regards to something we had spoke about in person and was somewhat flirty saying men are always right kinda thing but then he just won’t talk to me other than that. I don’t know if I should even try shooting my shot or not as he could just think of me as a kid I don't know Should I shoot my shot if so how should I go about it?

I did think I shot my shot a couple weeks by asking if he ever needs help with work he should ask me and all he said was is that right. I said yes always right and all he said was lol
But I’ve come to realize that wasn’t much of a shot

Ask your brother? You have his phone number, you can find out his address. Stake out his place to see if there is a wife? There are ways you can find out stuff about somebody.
