Why every guy I meet calls me dingy and they eventually hates me?

This is a hard one to answer, since none of us know you. There's three broad ways it could be I think.
Perhaps you do have some character flaw that you need to be honest about and work through, that happens, I certainly do. People have faults, and maybe it's time to see that seperated people keep saying the same thing and you should grow as a person in response.

It could also be the type of guys you get involved with. Perhaps your situation, the people around you, or what you're attracted to brings in men who are a little nasty and toxic. Maybe you should lay out what you're looking for, and not let those types of men in anymore.

Now, lastly, just because I have such little info, it could also be that you may be seeing a pattern when it's not there. Sometimes when we are insecure, or afraid of what people think, we read between the lines and believe people feel things or are saying something when they really don't and aren't. Maybe you need to relax a little, and learn to appreciate yourself and see when people appreciate you too.

Just from what you said, it could be any of these, or some other things. I really have no idea, but the main point is this: look at your situation honestly, what is going on here? If the answer you're thinking makes you uncomfortable and not want to think about it, there's a good chance you're on to something. Learn to accept that truth, and then respond to it in the best way you can honestly come up with
