I don't lol. Because if I look at them I would be recognizing their existence. And if I recognize their existence, I am reminded of my singleness and lack of a girlfriend.
So there's really no point in looking. Unless I want to be depressed haha.

Depends. I would look and turn away if I'm not sure if she's also attracted to me because staring is rude and weird otherwise.

If I think she is attracted to me and looking back, definitely hold gaze.
