Guy's Behavior

Does this guy feel anything towards me?

During last fall semester I started texting this guy that i matched with on bumble (we previously had class today the semester before), we start texting every day and eventually start hanging out. A month or two goes by and we start cuddling and i start sleeping over at his dorm (he initiated the start of both the cuddling and sleeping over) at this point i feel like we’re on go terms (we haven’t done anything romantically). Anyway winter term comes around and about 2 months he stops wanting to cuddle with me but still allows me to sleep over (the cuddling stopped maybe a week after we possibly shared a small kiss while i slept over, possibly because i was crossed and can’t remember if it actually happened or it was my imagination). At this point we have 9 days left of the semester and I don't know what to do anymore. Anytime i ask to cuddle he just says “tough shit” but he still asks if i want to sleep over, makes me food, always asks to hangout and study together, and even comes in the late hours to kill bugs in my dorm for me. I’m beyond confused and starting to give up hope. What does this mean?
