I’m mostly curious on guys, but reading all the different or similar answers will be helpful to me :]

I get up early and get dressed in my gym clothes and grab my bag and keyes and head out to the gym. I get there at 6 AM just as the doors open. I do an very challenging 2 hour workout , doing HIIT for 50 minutes and lifting for another 50 minutes. I shower and get dressed. I go home and have a protein shake. Then start doing my chores. Usually yard work or fixing some things around the house. After I finish most of the chores I get in my truck and run some errands. sometimes my wife will go with me, Sometimes we will eat an early dinner at a local place we go to a lot. I usually have the fish platter or the prime rib. Both are excellent. My wife might have a pizza.

We go home and I finish up around the house and we are done for the day. Maybe one of our kids will show up.

While it’s not CRAZY WILD lol or seems no my fun to me personally, it does seem like it has its benefits at being therapeutic, bringing in some content feelings, and it does still take care of business- getting stuff done.

This is just a super helpful answer for me :]

I’ll try my best to make this as less boring and pathetic as possible. I wake up, brush my teeth, take a shower, get dressed for work, catch the bus to work since I don’t have a car, not in school, since I don’t have a car I can’t really go anywhere and I may or may not fall asleep when I get home, I’ve been watching tv a lot lately

Yes my work schedule was very similar when I worked at a bakery/factory. Was a terrible time for me. Glad I don’t do that anymore 🤧

Free time maybe go on YouTube as I don't watch TV on the weekends Maybe play videogames at night for a few hours. Want to start working out again in my free time. If my nephew comes over then I don't have free time as he plays my games.

Well on some of my days off I go to a forest sit down next to a steam and drink a bottle of margarita while listening to music then go home, nap and play some games with friends online
