I'm not the most attractive guy & I have "scared" many females by my presence alone
Most would get jittery & some actually screamed when they saw me
I don't flirt with them nor even give any hints
Im not overweight by the way
I'm in fairly good shape but my face is what I assume people think is the issue

I've never been frightened by an unattractive guy just because he was unattractive. I've been frightened by a guy following me at night, or a guy (or girl) who's obviously on drugs, but never just someone just minding their own business.
a lot of girls have gotten scared of me & had more than my share scream when they see me
Hate to say it, but I feel like there's gotta be something you're doing that's creeping them out, even if it's completely unintentional on your part. I can't think of any other reason they would be reacting like that unless they feel unsafe, and it's not appearance alone that would make them feel unsafe.
I'm literally just walking by them & they get spooked easily
