I don't mean bad boys or being ungentlemen-like. Men who are kind, thoughtful, but lack a sense of humor, never smile, and are more likely to cry/weep than smirk.

Guys who've had tough lives, been mistreated by their fathers over the years, and feel apprehensive a lot. But still manage to treat women well.
